Product details

Product description
The Page recycled tote bag is the perfect fit to hold daily items and to bring on a variety of trips, from library to grocery store. With short but sturdy handles, this bag is comfortable to carry around for a long time. The tote bag incorporates Cyclo® recycled fibres where they use pre-sorted waste that determines the colour of the yarn. These fibres do not only reduce the demand for virgin resources but also exhibit a commitment to a circular life, embodying the essence of reducing waste and promoting a closed-loop system. Each bag also comes with an Aware™ tracer. This innovative feature allows users to trace the origins and journey of their item through a QR code, enhancing transparency in the supply chain and fostering a stronger connection between the product and its production process.
Green Points

What makes one product more sustainable than another?
Is it material, recyclability, eco-print, certificate, packaging? All these elements are important.

So we identified 8 different elements. We weighted each element and assessed all our products to determine their sustainability.

We call it our influence tool. The total score translates into Green Points.

Decorating technique

DTF printing - A4 size

DTF (Direct to Film) is a printing technique that was designed to directly apply images to various surfaces such as fabric, wood or glass. It involves printing a pattern in CMYK colors on a special PET transfer foil and then transferring the print to clothing using a thermal transfer press.

Advantages:

  • Low circulation
  • High quality printing
  • Possibility of application on various shapes
  • No problems with the ground

Defects:

  • Printing time for large order quantity

Screenprint

Screen printing consists in transferring graphics to the product using specially prepared screens.
Making a print consists in forcing the paint through sieves directly onto the object, then exposing it to harden it. Screen printing is characterized by very good quality and durability. An ideal method for printing on cotton, polyester, paper or plastic.

ADVANTAGES:
• permanent marking technique
• good color reproduction
• fast printing for large runs

DISADVANTAGES:
• each color needs a separate matrix
• in the case of several-colored graphics, shifts in printing may occur

Embroidery up to 50 cm2

This method comes from hand-embroidery that was already used in ancient times. The whole process begins with the creation of an embroidery software. Afterward the pattern is embroidered on fabric.
