Can I order a product with a decoration?
Yes, for this purpose, select the decoration technique in the product card and send the required files to complete the order. Technical conditions for graphic files are described here.
What decorating techniques are available?
Our offer includes all available decoration techniques available on the European market. These include: laser engraving, pad printing, embroidery, embossing, UV printing, screen printing, digital transfer, etc. The products in our online store have a properly selected marking technique so that the marking is legible and durable.
What are the payment terms?
Payment for the Order can be made:
a) using integrated payment systems,
b) using a bank transfer,
c) by selecting the "cash on delivery" option.
How much does transportation cost?

What are the lead times?
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the case of orders for Products without decoration, the delivery time is up to 3 business days from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's account. In the case of products with decoration, the exact deadlines will be determined after the Customer accepts the designs, because they are separate for each product.
