Product description

Single-wall sport bottle made from Prevented Ocean Plastic. Plastic is collected within 50 km of an ocean coastline or major waterway that feeds into the ocean. This is then sorted and transformed into high quality, food-safe recycled plastic. Features a spill-proof lid with flip top, available in multiple colours. Volume capacity is 1 litre. You can even mix and match colours to create your perfect bottle. Due to the nature of the recycled material, there may be some small marks on the body of the bottle. Made in the UK. Packed in a home-compostable bag.

Decorating technique

Screenprint

Screen printing consists in transferring graphics to the product using specially prepared screens.
Making a print consists in forcing the paint through sieves directly onto the object, then exposing it to harden it. Screen printing is characterized by very good quality and durability. An ideal method for printing on cotton, polyester, paper or plastic.

ADVANTAGES:
• permanent marking technique
• good color reproduction
• fast printing for large runs

DISADVANTAGES:
• each color needs a separate matrix
• in the case of several-colored graphics, shifts in printing may occur
