Transfer print
In this method, the paint is first applied to the transfer paper, and then, using a thermal press, to the material. The transfer press, with appropriate pressure and temperature, heats the paint onto the product. We use it on mainly textile materials (cotton, polyester, etc.)
Advantages:
- Application durability
- High color saturation
- Attractive appearance
Disadvantages:
- Additional pre-press costs
- No possibility to make tonal transitions
- A limited number of colors
- A time-consuming method
- The cost of prepress
