Direct screen printing
Direct screen printing consists in transferring graphics to the product using specially prepared screens.
Making a print consists in forcing the paint through sieves directly onto the object, then exposing it to harden it. Screen printing is characterized by very good quality and durability. An ideal method for printing on cotton, polyester, paper or plastic.
Advantages:
- Permanent marking technique
- Good color reproduction
- Fast printing for large runs
Disadvantages:
- Each color needs a separate matrix
- In the case of several-colored graphics, shifts in printing may occur
